ALL ESCROW FEES ARE SUBJECT TO WASHINGTON STATE SALES TAX
Seattle Escrow Company reserves the right to amend the escrow fee to compensate for additional work involved, and to charge a cancellation fee for transactions that fail to close, based upon the amount of work performed.

HELOCS & 2nd Mortgages
$250.00 + tax for a stand alone 2nd mortgages.
$150.00 + tax if closing simultaneously with a first mortgage.
Builder Rates
Builder rates are available upon consultation with management.
Additional Services Offered
- Mobile notaries are now available to sign customers during normal business hours at any office of Seattle Financial Group at no additional charge.
- Traveling mobile notaries are available, and any additional services will be charged at the rate of the of the notary service provider.
